O impacto dos modelos híbridos e remoto de local de trabalho sobre o capital relacional e estrutural das empresas

Resumo

Como parte de um princípio de segurança em primeiro lugar durante a pandemia do covid-19, a grande maioria das empresas permitiu ambientes de trabalho flexíveis, reduzindo o número de funcionários nas instalações. Embora os modelos de trabalho híbridos possam se tornar um padrão em muitos setores, o impacto que essa alteração pode afetar o valor econômico das empresas, ainda é incerto. O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar os efeitos dos modelos híbridos de trabalho sobre os ativos de capital relacional e estrutural. Para realização desse estudo foi utilizado um grupo de variáveis para averiguar o grau de satisfação de trabalhadores e trabalhadoras que estão em trabalho remoto ou híbrido. Para essa parte do estudo foi feita a correlação de Spearman para averiguar se variáveis relacionadas ao capital relacional das empresas possuem correlação com o capital estrutural. Em uma segunda parte, foi analisado como está a relação do trabalhado(a) com sua satisfação pessoal e profissional diante dessa nova realidade. A pesquisa foi feita com os trabalhadores(as) das empresas de economia criativa do Porto Digital do Recife (PE). Todas as análises foram feitas utilizando o software IBM SPSS Statistics 26.
