Mudanças durante a execução de um projeto em uma empresa de tecnologia agrícola

Resumo

As mudanças são frequentes nos processos organizacionais e impactam diversos setores, como por exemplo a gestão de projetos. Por isso, é fundamental uma análise constante dos dados, seguida de um plano detalhado que defina papéis, iniciativas, prazos e responsabilidades. Visando aumentar a compreensão do impacto das mudanças nos projetos, este estudo tem o objetivo de verificar como as variáveis propostas por Arefazar et al. (2022) são aplicadas em uma empresa do ramo de tecnologia agrícola, que atende a diversos projetos no agronegócio e compará-las com a literatura corrente sobre o gerenciamento de mudanças ocorridas ao longo de um projeto. O método utilizado foi uma pesquisa bibliográfica na base Scopus e uma entrevista com o diretor de projetos da empresa para o estudo de caso. Como principais resultados, verificou-se que o posicionamento da empresa foi consonante aos achados da literatura que aponta, principalmente em relação às alterações nas especificações técnicas, mudanças nos valores ao longo do projeto e a importância de um contrato bem estruturado.
