Inteligência Artificial

The Refas Scientific Journal establishes the following regulations regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in the preparation of submitted manuscripts:

1. Conditional Acceptance: The use of AI tools in text production is permitted, provided that such use is explicitly declared by the authors in the manuscript.

2. Mandatory Identification: Authors must clearly indicate:
a) the AI tool employed (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.);
b) the purpose of its use (e.g., generation of passages, linguistic revision, support in structuring).

3. Authorial Responsibility: Full responsibility for the submitted content rests with the authors, including verification of the accuracy, originality, scientific rigor, and ethical adequacy of the material.

4. Consequences of Non-Compliance: Omission or inadequate identification of AI use may result in additional editorial review, requests for corrections, or rejection of the manuscript.

5. Institutional Commitment: This policy aims to ensure academic transparency, scientific integrity, and ethical responsibility in the publication of scholarly works.
